1) Guilt because you may sneak the odd puff or smoke in secret and/or arguments in the relationship and you go back to smoking because of an argument
2) You get cheap cigarettes from overseas travel anyway or someone else who brings them back for you
3) Smoking again once your baby is born
4) Becoming stressed because of your doctor’s instruction to quit exacerbating the condition that led to your doctor’s advice to quit.
5) You smoke out of sight of your children and use mints or mouth fresheners to cover the smell
Quit Stop Smoking for Stronger Reasons
It’s important to acknowledge that seem smokers will quit smoking with the above reasons, however if you want to succeed in stopping smoking then you can help yourself succeed this time. You can do this by finding the reasons to quit smoking that are purely for your benefit. If you know you will gain personally from quitting smoking you are much more likely to stick to your decision. And that’s the crucial element, this has to be your decision. In doing so, all those secondary reasons, will be satisfied anyway.
